This policy governs the use of Joone's platform ("our platform") provided by Joone ("Joone", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing and using our platform, users ("User", "they", "their") agree to abide by this policy. If users do not agree to this policy, they should not access or use our platform. Joone may revise and update this policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Joone makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Joone, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Joone may revise and update its Terms of Service from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when Joone posts them, and apply to all access to and use of our platform thereafter.

3. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) AND COUNTER TERRORISM FINANCING (CTF) POLICY

Joone is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF). This policy outlines our commitment to detect, prevent, and report money laundering and terrorist financing activities. All directors, officers, employees, and associated persons of Joone are expected to adhere to these standards to protect Joone and its operations.

This policy is based on various international and local legal requirements, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) recommendations. Joone's AML/CTF policy and practices are subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

4. CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
